Graves & Graves, LLC is a locally-owned law practice offering elder law and estate planning services in the Greater Cincinnati and Southern Ohio area.

We assist families dealing with aging and disability.  Our goal is to provide peace of mind through careful and personalized planning.  We believe that elder law is not just for the elderly, but for the entire family.  From aging parents and their adult caretaker children to others just beginning to think about long term care needs, we can help guide you through various options to put in place a foundation that will prepare you for the future.

Lindsay is an experienced elder law attorney in the Greater Cincinnati area.  She serves on the Board of Directors for United Way of Warren County and on the planning committee for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s for Butler, Warren and Clinton Counties.  She is a frequent lecturer on elder law topics, presenting courses to attorneys and other professionals.  She also presents a monthly elder law seminar to the public called Seniors’ Second Saturdays.

Lindsay graduated from DePaul University College of Law in Chicago in 2010 after earning her BS in Business Management from Miami University.  Prior to co-founding Graves & Graves, Lindsay worked for two established Cincinnati firms.

John M. GravesJohn Cincinnati Elder Law

John is an experienced attorney in the Greater Cincinnati area.  Prior to co-founding Graves & Graves, John worked for a prominent litigation firm.  John previously worked at U.S. Bank as a Federal Regulatory Compliance Rep.  He is a graduate of the 2011 Community Bankers for Compliance School and was recognized as a U.S. Bank emerging leader in 2012.

John graduated from DePaul University College of Law in 2010 after earning a BA in International Studies from UNC Charlotte with minors in Economics and Japanese.  While in law school, John volunteered over 800 hours for the Federal Litigation Division of the State’s Attorney of Cook County.  John was awarded the Benjamin Hooks Distinguished Public Service Award by DePaul for his time volunteering.
